About Mitch
I joined the NZL army in 2004 and served 10 years
 with as a combat solider with 1RNZIR. I held several roles specifically a section commander, I specialised in small group tactics (reconnaissance) and tracking.
I am a qualified personal training and have some great success today with numerous nominations and been as finalist at the NZ fitness awards.
