I will take you through a number of sessions each week focussing on areas such as strength, endurance, cardio and more.
Follow up with fellow bootcampers where you can discuss your expereinces and share ideas around making the most of your time on the programme.
Talk to me about your fitness jorney and I can provide advice and motivation to keep you moving towards you fitness goals.
Fuelling your body is an important part of your journey to the new you. I can provide advice and expereince in how to fuel up for your sessions and life.
